Your Home Loan Guy — $250 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The referrer must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
1.2. The referee (the person referred) must be a new client of Your Home Loan Guy and not an existing or previously contacted lead.
1.3. The referral must be received before the referee’s loan application is submitted.
1.4. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Your Home Loan Guy may not participate.
1.5. Self-referrals or referrals of entities owned, controlled, or associated with the referrer are not eligible.

 

2. Eligible Loans

2.1. The $250 reward applies only to eligible home loans arranged and settled through Your Home Loan Guy, including:

• New home loans for property purchase; and

• Refinances of existing home loans from another lender.
  2.2. The reward does not apply to car loans, personal loans, business loans, or any other finance products.
  2.3. A loan is considered “settled” once funds have been disbursed by the lender and all settlement conditions satisfied.
  2.4. Cancelled, withdrawn, or declined loan applications are not eligible for a referral reward.

 

3. Referral Reward

3.1. A $250 Prepaid Visa Card will be issued to the referrer for each eligible settled loan referred.
3.2. The reward will be issued within 30 days of settlement of the referred loan.
3.3. Rewards are limited to one per settled loan, regardless of the number of referrers or applicants.
3.4. If multiple people refer the same referee, the first valid referral received by Your Home Loan Guy will be eligible.
3.5. The reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

4. How to Refer

4.1. A valid referral can be made in one of the following ways:

• By entering the referrer’s full name and contact details in the “How did you hear about us?” field when booking an appointment online with Your Home Loan Guy; or

• By advising Your Home Loan Guy directly via email before the referee’s application is lodged.
  4.2. A valid referral must include the referrer’s full name and contact details.
  4.3. The referee must confirm they were referred by the referrer when contacted by Your Home Loan Guy.

 

5. Promotion Period

5.1. This promotion is valid for referrals received between 13 October 2025 and 30 November 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of Your Home Loan Guy.
5.2. Your Home Loan Guy reserves the right to extend, vary, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

 

6. Privacy and Consent

6.1. Personal information collected as part of the referral process will be handled in accordance with the Your Home Loan Guy Privacy Policy.
6.2. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that the referee has consented to being contacted by Your Home Loan Guy.

 

7. Tax and Liability

7.1. The referrer is responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt of the reward.
7.2. Your Home Loan Guy accepts no liability for loss, damage, or misuse of the prepaid card once issued.
7.3. Your Home Loan Guy reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise invalid information is provided.

 

8. Regulatory Disclosure

8.1. This referral program complies with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
8.2. Referrals must not involve credit advice or recommendations. The referrer’s role is limited to providing contact details of potential clients.
8.3. All credit assistance and discussions regarding loan products are conducted solely by
Your Home Loan Guy (Credit Representative No. 540372) of Mortgage Specialists PTY LTD Australian Credit Licence No. 378025.

 

9. Reward Eligibility Clarification

9.1. The $250 prepaid Visa card is available either to:
(a) a referrer who introduces a new client whose home loan settles; or
(b) a client who engages Your Home Loan Guy for their own eligible home loan or refinance that settles.
9.2. Referred clients (referees) are not eligible for this reward.
9.3. Only one reward applies per eligible settled loan.
9.4. The reward is not related to loan size, product type, or lender choice, and is provided as a goodwill promotion only.
9.5. Your Home Loan Guy reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

 

10. Acceptance

Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
